MAE’S MOULDS:

Our Silmaé (100% premium silicone moulds) and Fibermaé (fiberglass silicone coated moulds) are manufactured with premium silicones offering a longer service life. They are designed for an intensive industrial use. They comply with the highest European food standards and are subject to testing. They are made in France. Each production is completely traceable.

Silmaé can be used for baking and deep freezing for all preparations: pastries, fruit cakes, ice creams, chocolates, sweets, starters, sauces, seafood and meat products, brioches, Viennese pastries, bread & buns.

Fibermaé moulds are made in France using an open fiberglass mesh and a non-stick silicone coating. Τhey have been especially designed for baking loaves, brioches and choux pastry. They are easy to use and suitable for all types of fresh or frozen, salty or sweet dough. They give the bread a fine golden crust, and the pastry is crunchy and golden.

Fibermaé ensure homogeneous cooking thanks to their open mesh, which facilitates hot air circulation. They stand up to temperatures ranging from -35°C to 260°C.

Sil’Tip can be used in different ways: on the dough, under the dough or as a stencil for conventional sieving among others. This innovative product is easy to clean and has an unrivalled lifetime and durability.

To differentiate your bread, Maé has developed 6 standard designs (smiley, grid, wheat ear…) but can also design your own customized Sil’Tip to contribute to your communication, image & reputation. The marker mat can be customized with the customer’s logo, name, brand, etc.
